Hey Moses! Would you like to introduce yourself to our readers?
My name is Moses Odunmbaku, I’m 26 years, from Nigeria, currently live in London, UK. A personal trainer, fitness model and fitness competitor.

Talk me through an average day in the life of you?
An average day in my life is all about food, training, work and family.

What institution(s) did you attend and what did you study?
London Churchill, studied business but didn’t finish the course for personal reason then I discover my passion and knowledge for fitness and decided to sign up for my level 3 personal training course at TRAINFITNESS.

When did you move to the UK and what made you decide to do so?
I moved to the UK in 2011 to study really.

Tell us more about your fitness side and what made you decide to set up your own fitness company – “Mozfitness”?
Setting up my own fitness brand/company has been my goal from day one, since I was 18 years, apart from fitness being my passion/hubby, I just want to be able to share my knowledge about health and fitness to people. Self-confidence has been one thing that help me through life. I’ve been through alot of ups and downs in life and self-confidence or believe is what keeps me going or pushing. You have to love yourself to push through the obstacles in life, if you look at yourself in the mirror and you don’t like what you see or if you are or feel unhealthy, you will have self-confidence issues. I’ve seen alot of lives being destroyed because of lack of confidence, alot of family been broken for same reasons, I just wanna be able to help, I wanna be able to change this, I wanna be able to help fixed this. This is why I decided to set up my own fitness brand/company.

How’s the fitness industry in the UK like, compared to those in other countries you have been?
The UK fitness industry is amazing if am being honest, I have only been to two countries “Nigeria and UK” for me, they are both great.

Do you feel we are doing enough to take care of our body and eat healthy?
I will say its 60/40 or even less, people feel like taking care of their body and health is an option which is not. They wait till something comes up and they being told to do some exercises or eat healthy by doctor before they start taking care of their body and health. Out of 100 people, only 10% or 20% can say they take taking care of their health and body as their priority is really bad. So I will say No.

I noticed that you have been doing lots of underwear shoots, why did you decide to expand into it?
Its just to show off my hard work and progress and also I think people like to see things happen before they believe it or find it interesting. Everyone wanna look good in the swimming wears or should I say topless when they see you put your hard work in and look amazing in your underwear that will motivate them to do something about their body.

You have taken part in a lot of fitness shows and just recently changed your PRO status, tell us more about that?
Fitness shows is just like a fun and something that gives me extra discipline to take my physic to the next level and also I love the atmosphere when you on stage. Did my fitness show in May 2016 “WBFF show, Muscle Model category” that didn’t go well but made me realized how much I love being on stage, so I work my ass out, made some improvements and did my second show in October 2016 “Miami Pro show” which I did Fitness Model category and placed 2nd that earned me my PRO CARD and Muscle Model category placed 4th which I wasn’t expecting. Also recently did “WBFF show” Muscle Model category this year in May, my best look so far but it didn’t go as I expected but that means more work needs to be done and more shows to come.

What will you say sets you aside from other fitness trainers?
I’m not the kind of trainer/person that compare himself to others, every trainers (the good ones) are in this industry for one reason to help people achieve their fitness goal or make the world a healthy place.

You are a young entrepreneurial minded guy. How do you balance your personal and professional life?
BALANCE! That’s a big important word, very very needed. Its hard to balance personal and professional life but I just make the difference clear, when is time for work is time for work, when is family time its family time. after all the hard work is done, work is over. I always make sure I create time for family and also its good to have understanding family and friends that support you whether you are there or not.

How often do you go to the gym and how many hours do you spend while you there?
