Mr Ideal Nigeria 2019: The Search Begins

Having Launched the career of Many successful Nigerian models and actors, Mr Ideal Nigeria is back in its 10th season to search for the Most Adorable man in Nigeria to be its new face. 

The pageant which has the largest number of contestants in any Male pageant (up to 100 finalists) is regarded as the Most anticipated male competition in Nigeria. The parent company House of Twitch is consistently discovering the stars of tomorrow and launching their entertainment careers of young men who dream of success.

The pageant has produced numerous Nollywood actors including 2012 winner Abayomi Towase (Jennifer’s diary, Calabash, Isoken, MTV’s Shuga etc), 2016 winner Prince Ehirim (Calabash), Benjamin Touitou (Material Girl, Queens and Jokers etc), 2017’s Adams Abasiano ( Ajoche, Forbidden etc) Christian Prince, Stephen Damian, Joseph Osatuyi, Samuel Anyadike , Sunny and loads more.

The pageant has produced top commercial models in the industry including 9 mobile’s Steve Onyeneke (2017 winner), Peak milk’s Chris Isibor , Airtel’s Emeka Darlington, Durex’s Prince Alozie amongst others. The pageant has also produced Top models in the industry who have walked both international and local runways including South Africa menswear week, Abuja Fashion week, Kampala fashion week, Accra’s menswear week, Kigali fashion week, Lagos Fashion Week, GT Fashion Weekend, African Fashion Week Amsterdam amongst others. The models include maiden 2010 winner WALE BELLO, Camilius Akorecho, 2015 winner John Iwueke, Joseph Osatuyi, Alex Gede, 2013 winner Dayo Ifepariola, Mofe, Mario Owiriwa, The pageant has produced top fitness icons who have shined both in Nigeria and abroad including Jay Akapa, 2014 winner Stanley Igwilo of Next fitness, American body builders Lawrence Vinsiniaty and Bintin Laye. 

They have also covered numerous magazines including Fitfam Magazine, Ultimate Fitness Magazine, La Mode Magazine, Man Magazine etc. 

As customary, the winner of the pageants represent Nigeria at international pageants and have had alot of success. 2016 runner up Kenny Ike won the title of Mr Grand Sea in Cyprus. 2017 winner Steve Onyeneke placed 3rd at Face of the World London.  2016 runner up Alex Gede placing 2nd at the Mister Africa International and 2018 winner Chuckie Ihebuzor placing 3rd at the Mister Africa International. 2011 runner up  Izu Anoliefo placed 3rd at the Mister Universal Ambassador in Indonesia while 2017 runner up Dwayne Gebgie placed top 20 at the event in Indonesia. 

This year, the winner of the Mr Ideal Nigeria will win a start up fund and also a  year Talent Management which will open doors for opportunities in Nollywood. He will also win a year modelling contract , cover fitfam Magazine, and represent Nigeria at the Mister Africa International. 
The runner ups will stand a chance to represent Nigeria at Mr Tourism World and stand a chance to walk at the African Fashion Week Amsterdam , South African menswear week and Accra Mens wear week
