Check out my exclusive interview with him below:

Hey Jaron! Would you like to introduce yourself to our readers?

Jaron Lewis, I’m a model and entrepreneur in the industries of fitness and Real estate in Baltimore, Maryland. I am the CEO of Fitmortal Fitness and a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Penfed Realty.

Talk me through an average day in the life of you?

I normally wake up between 5:30-6:00am. Throw on something motivational and inspirational and think on the things I must do that day. I prioritize a list and proceed to get ready for the gym and if I’m not going to the gym that day I start on my tasks. During the evenings I spend my time reading or listening to music and working on next day tasks. Midnight is filled with reflection and prayer in preparation to make the next day better than the last.

What institution(s) did you attend and what did you study?

I attended Baltimore County Community College where I studied Business Administration and briefly attended the University of Baltimore for my bachelor program with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Looking at your photos from 2014 to now there as been massive changes and improvements. What will you say motivated/inspired you to go into fitness and stay dedicated in it?

We don’t think about it very often, but our life experiences are dependent upon our health. Once our health begins to fail us, some of our most precious experiences we use to enjoy can become irrelevant. Although we often attach fitness to a physical sense, I’ve made my greatest gains mentally and that has allowed me to stay consistent over the years. My motivation for exceeding my potential has become a discipline and it’s deeper than the mirror. My mission to live life and enjoy the experiences in the best health possible both physically and mentally is what drives my dedication.

When did you decide you wanted to become a real estate agent?

I decided back in 2013 that I wanted to take on a path towards financial freedom and understanding real estate brings about a lot of opportunities where an experienced individual can have much success if he or she is willing to put in the work.

What is your “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty” all about and what are you guys into?

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Penfed Realty is a real estate brokerage franchise network. We have offices across the country and thrive in commercial and residential real estate. We strive to deliver exceptional service and serve as the industry experts to our buyers and sellers. The company is also owned by Warren Buffet, one of the most brilliant financial investors of our time. It’s a name in real estate any homeowner or buyer can trust.

How many homes did you buy/sell this year so far and what’s the price range of most of the homes you have sold??

I’ve been focusing more on fitness and growing my brand but so far this year I’ve sold one home and helped several buyers find their dream home.

Which neighborhoods/cities do you primarily work in?

I work wherever I’m needed to be honest.

On average, how close to the asking price is the final sale price on homes you have sold?

I’m coming from a property management background, so I’ve just broke into real estate fulltime and my first home that I’ve sold was for 99% of the asking price which a major accomplishment for me was along with receiving an offer less than 30 days on the market.

How do you get to know when a property is up for sell and How do you know when a property is worth the selling price?

They’re plenty of ways to find out if a house is for sale, and I’ve found that most people would sell their home, but they don’t like packing. I’m normally contacted by a seller directly or I send out marketing correspondence. I normally know if a property is worth selling once I’m able to look inside and do a comparative market analysis in relation to the other properties in the area.

Tell me more about your love what you do and how you use it to communicate through business?

My love for growth and prosperity.

As a certified fitness trainer, what will you say are your 5 Dos and Don’t when it comes to fitness and health?

DOs:

  1. Drink lots of water
  2. Build a mind muscle connection
  3. Know your goals before you step in the gym
  4. Commit to working out at least 3 days a week
  5. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables or plant-based foods.

DON’Ts:

  1. Don’t ego lift
  2. Don’t worry about supplements in the beginning stages
  3. Don’t get discouraged if you relapse or miss a few days of training
  4. Don’t go into the gym without a plan
  5. Don’t neglect recovery (sleep, fluid replenishment, nutrient replacement)

What separates you from other Real Estate agents?

I don’t have office hours. You can contact me in the morning, evening, or night and if I’m up I’ll reply to you.

What is “Fitmortal” all about?

Fitmortal Fitness came from the three principles I use to define the ambition for my lifestyle. Those principles are self, health, and wealth. I believe if we are truly created in the image of God then we reserve the right and ability to live a divine experience in the areas of self, wealth, and health.

What do you do to stay in shape, do you go to the gym?

I multi-dimensional when it comes to staying shape so, one minute I could be doing a lot of lifting in the gym and the next I could be doing long distance running or yoga. I spend a lot of time in the gym, so I like to do outdoor workouts to switch things up.

Do you think we are taking our health and wellbeing seriously?

I don’t think a lot of people take their health seriously. I mean the majority of the time we never consider our health a problem until it’s a serious problem and we’ve been deprived of a experience because we don’t feel the best.

For someone trying to start out eating healthy, what meal plans will you recommend?

One thing I think it’s important to note, eating healthy is about much more than just prescribing healthy foods to someone. It’s plenty of healthy foods that I don’t eat. Whenever I create meal plans, I normally don’t recommend anything until I’ve had the opportunity to gauge what my client is open to trying as healthy substitutes for their current nutrition options.

How do you balance your professional and personal life?

I don’t really believe in balance as much as I use to. I feel like my personal and professional life have meshed and I spend more time nurturing my professional life than I do my personal. I love and enjoy what I do so my personal life is largely impacted from my business.

How would you describe the real estate business in the United States, when it comes to encouraging new talents?

The real estate industry is changing, and a lot people are renting and questioning the benefits of home ownership.  The shortage of homes on the market can make things difficult at times when helping your clients find the home that suits them, but you must have an ability to go above a beyond for the clients you represent. I’ve been in situations where a deal could have fallen through or we would have had to walk away from a deal if I didn’t think outside the box. If you have an unwavering drive and passion for helping others, you can do well in this industry.

What do you consider the most common stereotype about the being a entrepreneur?

I honestly think some people feel like entrepreneurship is easy or it’s just a title. I feel like entrepreneurship is a lifestyle. It’s not easy and their will  be times where sacrifices must be made for the sake of success in business.

What aspect surprised you the most once you started investing in real estate?

That most sales you’ll have will come from the people you know or your sphere of influence.

Looking back to when you started in fitness and real estate, is there anything you would like to change about those sectors?

I would have done it straight out of high school.

Which brands, clients, teams, agents, investors, photographers, models, etc, have you worked with?

I’ve worked with Roll Bmore, Smoothie King, Catalina Crunch, DASOUL Underwear, Legion Athletics, Adonis Hill, Choice Skinner, Rob Styles, Ascending Icon Media, J Perk Productions, Money Game Apparel, Steven Styles, Different Regard Clothing, Darkan Entertainment, Ambrosia Jones

What do you consider your biggest professional success so far?

So far, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to participate in a national project scheduled for release in 2020 and have all my expenses paid for courtesy of the company.

Who do you want to work with that you haven’t yet?

I’m looking forward to working with larger apparel brands like Adidas. I’m also looking forward to traveling soon and working with designer Alex Holliman, owner of Farrierbell Couture. Can’t wait to get back to California, it’s too many people to name that I want to work with over there but Joyanne Panton is someone that immediately comes to mind when I go back, I like her work.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Time is my biggest challenge and you can’t get it back. Making worthwhile investments in people and things that I do is something I pay careful attention to these days. I won’t allow distractions blur my vision.

Tell us two things people don’t know about you?

I was in the Marine Corps and I don’t watch TV.

As an Influencer and someone who is very active on social media. Do you think its important to be online and if so why?

According to a recent study from Oberlo there are 2 billion social media users. Our entire world is almost influenced by social media. I know it’s important to be online as millennials including myself are becoming the primary consumers and contributing factor to growth worldwide.

You are currently based in Baltimore, Maryland. How is that working out for you?

Baltimore is okay but I believe its time for me to branch out and move somewhere that can complement my vision and ambitions. I’ve learned a lot of lessons here and met some genuine people in a city where that’s hard to do, so I’m anticipating going somewhere I’m around more people on the same wavelength. I will comeback once I’ve made more of an impact and give back anyway I can.

You travel alot, so what will you say are your must visit travel destinations?

I have been a couple places, but I must make it to Houston, Atlanta, Spain, and Cape Town.

Name 5 things we should take seriously about our style choices?

  1. Shoes say a lot in my opinion and I truly believe it can make or break the entire style.
  2. Hair is important too mainly because it’s so many people walking around with the same hairstyle so its nice to be different sometimes and try something new.
  3. People should also be more mindful about the occasion when they’re getting dressed.  Its nothing like showing up to a party or event and being overdressed, just ask ahead of time and get the details so you’re on point.
  4. Keep accessories to a minimum, they should complement your drip instead of overshadowing your entire style.
  5. One of the main reasons people strive to get fit is because they want to look better so if you’ve lost weight or put on some weight, please understand that your clothes are going to fit different now. It’s time to do some shopping.

How would you describe your style?

I dress for comfortability on most days and between real estate appointments and gym sessions I try to be prepared for both. My style is centered around athleisure which is slowly trending into the next hottest fitness apparel.

What style genre appeals to you the most?

Casual and street styles grab my attention most of the time.

Name your 5 must have accessories/essentials?

  1. Watch
  2. Rings
  3. Sunglasses
  4. Briefcase
  5. Wallet

What are your favourite fashion trends?

  1. Chelsea boots
  2. Bomber jackets
  3. Henley shirts
  4. Chino pants

What is your favourite dish?

Lemon pepper Salmon with basmati rice & mixed medley.

What songs are currently on your playlist?

Right now, I have little bit of everything. Surprisingly I’ve found that I work best to R&B, so I’ve been listening to Ari Lennox and Jhene Aiko. When it’s time to go out and have a good time Tee Grizzley, Moneybagg Yo, Future, and Baltimore Artist Koke Lion.

Apart from real estate, fitness, modelling, what other projects are you currently working on?

I’m branching off into acting very soon. A lot of 2020 of projects are on the horizon.

Seeing you’re doing your dreams, what advice can you give others to pursue their dreams?

There will be times when things don’t seem clear and your friends, family, and significant others will question your path. You’ll receive support from random people before those close to you believe in your ability. You must believe and be convicted beyond doubt that you will not only pray for your vision but work for its manifestation to come true. When things are falling apart it’s not the time to question your path, it’s the time for working smarter and eliminating anything that won’t help you rebuild. The most luxurious vehicle for your journey is your mind and you must become aware of everything that clutters and slows it down.

Any specific plans for the future?

To expand my real estate network beyond the DMV into California and invest in Baltimore and other areas of opportunity to continue to promote self-awareness, fitness, and financial freedom.

Any final words?

Change comes from within and nothing being done now is being done as best it needs to be for the future and that’s where you come in, peace and big blessings to everybody!
