Step 1: Tune in to DStv and look out for the DStv Rewards Box on screen.
Step 2: When you see it, SMS your name to +27 711 745622.
Step 3: Keep watching DStv…And try your luck online: Click through to the DStv highlights page, there’s a Rewards Box just waiting to be spotted.
With one year’s subscription on your current bouquet up for grabs, EVERYTHING ELSE CAN WAIT!
Things to keep in mind:
- The DStv Rewards Box will appear on your screen once a day, every second day.
- Be quick! You won’t have much time to SMS. The box will only be on screen for 2 minutes!

1. This competition is subject to MultiChoice’s standard competition terms and conditions, read with these competition details. A copy of the competition terms and conditions is available on www.dstv.com. Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of the prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Subject to paragraph 3 below, this competition is only open to DStv subscribers who have stayed continously connected to DStv from the 5th of February 2013 to the 10th of April 2013 (the “Competition Period”) (i.e. there shouldn’t be a break in subscription during the Competition Period).
3. In the event that the winner is not the actual DStv subscriber (e.g. a dependent, family member or any other person who shares a home with the actual DStv subscriber), the winner will be required to obtain the consent of the actual DStv subscriber to use the DStv subscriber’s active smartcard number to redeem the prize. The winner will forfeit the prize should he/she fail to provide the required active DStv smart card number within a period stipulated by MultiChoice.
4. The prize is 12 months’ DStv subscription for the current bouquet for which the DStv smartcard number referred to in paragraph 3 is active, per winner.
5. To enter, once you spot the box on DStv, immediately send an SMS with your name and surname to +27 711 745622.
6. The rewards box will be on screen for 5 minutes and only text messages that are received by MultiChoice within 15 minutes of the spot box first appearing on screen will qualify.
7. The competition closes at midnight on 10 April 2013.
8. There is no limit on the number of times you may enter the competition.
9. One winner will be randomly selected by means of an automated system on a weekly basis.
10. The winner(s) of the prize(s) will be announced on the competition section of the DStv website every Friday. MultiChoice will also notify winners telephonically, by text message or by e-mail if an e mail address is provided.
