Hello my dear readers, I actually wrote this base on high request and votes from most of my online readers, sending me many email to help them on tips to tighten the virginal and I could remember the first person to request for this was a guy. He sent me an email about a month ago, that what can he do to tighten his girlfriend virginal because the girl is too loose and he never feel anything while having sex with her, though at first it sound nasty to me but from my research I later realise that this a major problem many females are going through and it has lead to problem in many matrimonial home, many women feel different experience while intercourse, many feel embarrassed because they feel too loose.
Some women have problem holding their urine, also notice leakage of urine when they sneeze, cough, shout or laugh.
What is virginal?
The virginal is found in the female species, virginal is a canal leading from uterus to the external opening of the genetial canal, this canal is a muscular in nature with a quality of been increasingly elastic and as a lining to provide adequate lubrication and to increase sensation, the virginal also act as a channel for menstrual flow to pass out and is the place penis is inserted during intercurse.
Major reasons why virginal get loose

•Pregnancy
•Child birth
•A lot of sex during adolescent age and after
•Inserting large and broader objects in the virginal
•Over stretching of virginal and pelvic
How to know if your virginal is loose or thigh:
Contract the muscles of your virginal and insert the index finger, if it doesn’t get a grip inside then you have a loose virginal but if it does then you are thigh.
Home remedy to tighten the virginal:
•First wash with aloe Vera juice, boil some gooseberries add Epson salt then wash your virginal with this gooseberries and Epson salt water it keeps your virginal tight, soft and also get rid of unwanted odors.
Exercise to tighten the virginal
•KEGEL EXERCISE: is a very good and common way to lengthen the virginal, commonly use by many women(dis a simple procedure to do kegel exercise) when you’re peeing, clench (without your hands) your muscles to stop the flow of urine for about four seconds. Then release those same muscles to let the urine flow again. These are your pelvic floor muscles; these are the muscles you’ll be exercising when you do Kegels.
If you want to check and make sure that you’re using the right muscles, put a finger or two into your vagina. Tighten the muscles. If you can feel your fingers being squeezed (even just a little), then you’ve located the right muscles.
About five to ten times a day, repeat the Kegels ten times per session.
It can take up to 8 to 10 weeks to notice improvement, and there will most certainly be improvement. Like any kind of weight lifting or muscle building exercises, Kegels take time to make a difference, you can also add a vaginal barbell to your regular Kegel exercise routine it can help faster. Alternative exercise:
Lay on back, now raise your right leg slowly while keeping your left leg grounded, maintain the stance for about 15 seconds before lowering your right leg, repeat this exercise with your left leg to complete one set, do at lease about 10-15 sets daily.
