Casting Calls: Idols SA Season 13 auditions extended to Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and Polokwane

Auditions for Idols 13 have wrapped in Cape Town, Joziburg, KZN and Tshwane but they aren’t over yet.

The production has announced the addition of three more audition bouts, in three different cities – for 200 people at each venue.

The production will be moving through PE, Bloemfontein and Polokwane between this Saturday (11 February) and next Saturday (18 February) and the judges will only see the first 200 auditionees who arrive to be heard.

The audition doors will be open between 7am and 1pm at each venue so auditionees will be seen on a first come first serve basis.

Our advice on this: save yourself from stress and don’t travel from far to go the auditions because there’s no guarantee that you’ll get a spot.

Port Elizabeth
Venue: The Boardwalk Casino in PE’s Beach Road
Date: Saturday, 11 February 2017

Bloemfontein
Venue: Mimosa Mall (on the Melville Drive side.)
Date: Sunday, 12 February 2017

Polokwane
Venue: Capricorn FM Studios – 11 Pierre Street, Hampton Court, Polokwane.
Date: Saturday, 18 February 2017

The audition guidelines remain the same as always:

– Entry is open to all South African citizens who are between the ages of 16 and 30 on the date of their first audition.
– Minors must have written consent signed by a parent or guardian.
– All auditionees must take along an ID book.
