MyDStvApp is an easy to use tool that gives DStv customers the power to fully take control and manage their accounts. Simply download the app from your app store or google play store, input all necessary details and login to make payments, upgrade and downgrade, clear error messages and resolve other technical problems.

Also available is the DStv USSD self-service tool. On this platform, customers can clear error codes, determine account balance, contact customer care and update account details. To enjoy this service, dial *288# from your mobile phone, follow the instructions and select from the available self-service options.

Customers are also able to get their account up and running using SMS; Simply send RESET (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333 to clear error messages and to determine due date, send DUE (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333. The first 10 digits of your smartcard number are required.
