#BBNaija Day 23: From Deputy Head of House to Head of House, fate smiles on Maria

Maria becomes the fourth Head of House of the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye Season. She takes over from Pere, a fellow wildcard after serving as his Deputy Head of House during the previous week. She appoints Boma as her Deputy Head of House.

Playing the game

The Head of House Game Mat had 35 steps and each Housemate had 60 seconds to make it the farthest on the course to win. It wasn’t a smooth course either as they had to contend with several obstacles on the way. Maria was lucky enough to make it the farthest. She made it to box 28 to secure victory. It wasn’t an easy win for her as she luckily edged out Saskay by two points in a keenly contested game.

HoH Perks

Unfortunately, Maria has been barred from the Head of House Lounge alongside Liquorose and Peace for infringing on House Rules so she gets to remain in the common room with the rest of the Housemates. This means Boma gets to have the HoH Bedroom to himself and when asked to pick someone to share the Bedroom with, he picked Jackie B making it the second time he will be sharing the HoH Bedroom with her.
