Meet Lihlombe Lee Siteto – The Fitness Model and Future Personal Trainer

Born Lihlombe Lee Siteto on 22nd October, 1993 and raised in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Finished matric in 2012 at Get Ahead College and Currently in the process of obtaining his Personal Training Diploma at Eta (Exercise Teachers Academy).

Lee works for an Events Planning company called Tada promotions and has a Gym assistant at Twist Fitness in George and also models from time to time but not yet signed to any modeling agency yet.

PERSONAL FITNESS:
Lee started training in 2010 at his Garage at home in Queenstown. He trains at least 5 times a week, resting on weekends. How he trains depending on his goals at that specific time.

Obviously it was hard at first because he knew nothing about gym but because of his Dad motivated him, he stuck to it and put in the work because he wanted it bad enough. When Lee started training he weighed 45kg now he weighs 60kg at a height of 169cm and 4,5 body fat.

LIFE GOALS:
– Obtain his personal training Diploma.
– Being a successful fitness Model and Motivational Speaker.
– Opening up his own gym in his home town.
– Give back to the community.

Lee strongly believes in making your Passion your profession and following your dreams. “Don’t let anyone tell you can’t do something, push against all odds and you will succeed.”

It took him more than a year to convince his parents to allow him study Personal Training. He never gave up on his dreams and now he’s doing what he loves most.
