Its Nigeria’s Most anticipated Male Pageant and its back! As we gear up to the selection of Mr Ideal Nigeria 2015, the selection of Nigeria’s next rep to Mister Africa International. From London , to USA , DUBAI, India , the winners of the pageant are well travelled and a number of them are very successful!

talkmedia Nigeria decided to highlight some past achievements of past winners and special award winners. We tried to give you ten reasons why you should contest but the Mr Ideal Nigeria has had such great quality in past winners, we had to give you three more reasons why you should be the next Mr Ideal Nigeria.

1) Wale Bello

1) WALE BELLO (Entrepreneur/ Supermodel): He was the first Mr Ideal Nigeria to be crowned back in 2010 and since then it has been the rise and rise of Wale. He has walked the biggest runways in the country , Music Meets Runway, Lagos Fashion Week , Fayrous Fashion Night, Ibadan Style and Fashion Week amongst others. Wale has shoot for high profile photographers and designers including MAI ATAFO , MCMEKA , ORGANGE CULTURE , ELISOFT. Wale who has been nominated as Model for the year at several award shows including City People recently won the Lagos Fashion Award MODEL OF THE YEAR. He is also the CEO of the fitness outfit called Twitch Active.

2) Ayotunde Ajiboye

2) AYOTUNDE AJIBOYE (BUSIENSS MAGNATE): He is said to be the richest Mr Ideal Nigeria to date. He won the pageant in 2011 and launched his first business CLIPSE ENTERTAINMENT. After his return from India during his reign as Mr Ideal Nigeria , he went on to launch his other business COOL BEANS , and since then Ayotunde as launched several successful businesses including the award winning BLU BREEZE bar situated in Surulere.

3) PETER JAMES (DANCER): He is one of the biggest dancers living in France. A few months after he won BEST TALENT at the Mr Ideal Nigeria 2013 , James left for France and has been one of the highly sorted dancers in France.

4) STANLEY IGWILO (US POLO AMBASSADOR): Congrats are in order , as the winner of the 2014 edition Stanley recently emerged the FACE OF WEST AFRICA and will be the new ambassador for Fashion And Agriculture in West Africa. He is also the current ambassador for International brands US POLO NIGERIA and T T DALK.

5) Francis Idugboe

5) FRANCIS IDUGBOE (COMMERCIEL MODEL): You would have seen Francis (MR IDEAL TARABA 2012) on several buses in Lagos , as he is the current ambassador of COARTEM. Francis has done several high profile jobs from Zenith to MTN adverts.

6) Fortune Davis

6) FORTUNE DAVIS (BEAT FM OAP): He placed 2nd at the Mr Ideal Nigeria 2012 and was instantly signed as ambassador to Blue Storm Energy Drink. He has been the most successful Nigerian rep at the Mister Africa International as he placed 3rd at the event held in London that year. On his return he covered BE YOU magazine and also landed another endorsement deal with SLOT. He is currently an OAP with the Beat FM.

7) Uduh hilary

7) UDUH HILARY (POLITICIAN): He contested back in 2012, currently he is a member of the local government council in Anambra state.

8) Abayomi Towase.

8) ABAYOMI TOWASE (TOP MODEL/ACTOR): He won the Mr Ideal Nigeria in 2012 and that launched him into the modeling world. He went on a media tour to London and was signed to one of the biggest agencies in Africa , ISIS models. During his reign as Mr Ideal Nigeria he was ambassador to Clicloc Watch London. He is currently featured in Obi Emeloye series THE CALABASH. He has walked some of the biggest runways in the country including African Fashion Week Nigeria, Music Meets Runway, FTV Paris Show .

9) Dayo Ifepariola

9) DAYO IFEPARIOLA (INTERNATIONAL ARTIST): His music career took a great turn after his international tour to different countries while reigning as the 2013 title holder of the pageant. Dayo Ifepariola who is also one of the biggest models in Abuja as walked some of the biggest runways in the country and serves as a mentor to upcoming models from the Northern part of Nigeria. He is presently the Nigerian ambassador to OKON UNDERWEAR UK.

Ell Adamz

10) IZUCHUKWU ANOLIEFO (AUTHOR): he has helped a lot of people get fit from his GET FIT book series. He was runner up at the 2011 edition of the pageant and was representative of Nigeria to the Mr Tourism International. He has ever since continued to work with the House of Twitch , he will be representing Nigeria at the Mr International early next year.

Kelvin Oak

11) KELVIN OAK: (PHOTOGRAPHER): Kelvin credits his fast growing business in Photography to the platform he was giving at the Mr Ideal Nigeria 2013. Kelvin has shoot a lot of high profile people in the industry. He is currently the official photographer for Ibadan Fashion Week , Mr University Nigeria amongst others
12) EL ADAMZ (AMBASADOR): He won the MR IDEAL ABUJA 2011 and it has been the rise of El Adamz since then. His performance at the Mr Ideal Nigeria 2011 landed him a spot in the International Model contest in South Africa. Since then El has put in a lot of effort in championing humanitarian causes with celebrities all over the country.

Ben Touitou

13) BEN TOUITOU (NOLLYWOOD ACTOR): The winner of the best business idea back in 2012 is now seen on major Nollywood movies including Lagos Cougars with Monalisa.

The 2015 edition of the Mr ideal Nigeria is now on, and the winner this year walks away with a chance to represent Nigeria at the Mister Africa International 2015 in London, a year modeling contract with ISIS , starts his own business , a year supply of shoes and watches amongst others. This year’s show has strong partnership with London Finest Fashion Week , Gambia Fashion Week, Hadja Models of Angola Fashion Week, Criplox Fashion Week in France and International African – Dutch Fashion Week, so this year’s winners and runner ups stand a chance to walk on these runways. The reigning winner Stanley Igwilo recently emerged FACE OF WEST AFRICA passing the baton to MOHAMMED BIKOLO, the runner up who will now take up the role and duties of Mr Ideal Nigeria 2014.
