While in South Africa for the Big Brother Hotshots finale, talkmedia Nigeria had an exclusive interview with Namibian ex-hotshots housemate, model, TV presenter, Luis Munana.

Luis talks with Asuquo Eton on his time in the Big Brother house, his relationship status with fellow ex-housemate Mira, his new fashion line and more.

How is life after Big Brother Hotshots?
Life is a bit strange because people Stare at me a lot. Sometimes I think I wore my shirt the wrong way that’s why people stare. I’m kidding. I’ve started a new chapter in life , it’s exciting to see what i would have accomplished this time next year.

How did Namibia receive you?
The reception was overwhelming from the airport all the way to town, I was escorted by traffic officers along with a huge motorcade. My supporters, family and friends all received me well. They were all happy that I carried myself well. I’m glad I had the chance to represent.

What is the current status of your relationship with Mira?
It’s official, we are together. Am sure anyone who watched the Big Brother Hotshots finale would have heard the news.

Now that you are out of the house, will you go to Mozambique to define things with Mira?
We’ve defined our relationship!

What have you taken from your Big Brother experience?
I learned to be true to myself. I saw beyond 63 days which is why I chose not to be controversial or confrontational toward my fellow housemates because I want us to be friends and work together after the show.

Now that you’re out of the house, when you hear Big Brother what comes to mind?
I say to myself; been there done that. What’s the next challenge? An experience of a lifetime.

What was the best time you had and loved during your stay in the house?
I loved the tasks because I could showcase my talents to Africa. I didn’t know I was so good at script writing and directing.

What did you miss the most about your stay in the Big Brother house?
I miss the close bonds/relationships i had with some of the housemates. We got very close to a point where we shared a lot. It went deeper than just a competition .

Who were your favorite housemates in the house?
They were all my friends. Some were closer to me than others. I’ll list lots of names if I start so lets not go there.

Have you ever visited Nigeria, and if yes, when and where?
Yes I was in Nigeria in July this year for World Fashion Week African Fashion Reception in Bayelsa state.

Tell us more about Voigush Media and Voigush Magazine?
Voigush media deals with; television, models, print publishing as well as PR. It’s a company run by myself along with my 2 business partners -Tuwilika Nafuka & Kalistu Mukoroli.

Voigush Magazine focuses on high fashion , lifestyle and entertainment from Africa and around the world. We are excited to bring the magazine to Namibia and eventually expand to the rest of Africa.

Apart from media and modeling, what other projects are you currently working on?
I’m working on launching a clothing store in Namibia. It’s always been an interest for me to have my own store where I stock exclusive attire. Most of my supporters would like to see my personal style translated into a store where they can access it.
