Remi Adeyanju, Film Booking Manager for Filmhouse Cinemas said: “Just come and see it, feel it and be it. This is what we call cinema experience. We will show you the best of Nollywood, Hollywood and Bollywood in the best, in fact classiest film viewing location in Port Harcourt”.

Charlotte Onimiya, Marketing and HR Manager, also speaking said: “We’re happy to provide 50 direct and indirect jobs for local residents and indigenes of Port Harcourt. This includes people trained in the specialist skills of digital technology”.

Onyinye Okoroji, a visitor to the mall says, “This one is not for mouth, you really have to visit this cinema to really say you have experienced cinema in Port Harcourt.”

Young cinema-goers in the mall, Jade (13) and Zara (8) echoed their excitement when they caught glimpse of the beautiful cinema. “This is the best ever,” they exclaimed!

Filmhouse Port Harcourt is located at the Port Harcourt Mall on Azikiwe Road, Port Harcourt.

This is the biggest and only full scale modern retail/entertainment mall in Port Harcourt, with other outlets including SPAR Superstore, clothing and fashion, electronics, homewares, furniture, restaurants, lounge, pharmacies and a relaxing food court.

Co-anchoring the Port Harcourt Mall (SPAR), Filmhouse Port Harcourt features 5 large digital screens including two 3D Screens.

All screens have 7.1 surround sound, High Frame Rate (HFR) and stadium luxury seating. Of course the lobby ambiance is yet again a truly world class brand presentation, maintaining the same Filmhouse touch of class as in Apapa.
