Hey Chris! Would you like to introduce yourself to our readers?
I am CHRIS ADAH (NIGERIAN), a Model, fitness/health fanatic and a business man.
Talk me through an average day in the life of you?
It’s simple, I am more like the guy next door. I wake up and attend classes on days I have to, and then I hit the gym just to make sure I feel good and inspire others. I have people who run my business, so I only attend to that when my attention is needed.
What institution(s) did you attend and what did you study?
I went to FUT Minna, Niger state (Nigeria) and studied GEOLOGY.
How were you discovered and what inspired you to go into modeling?
No I wasn’t one of those who got discovered. I pushed really hard, got rejected a lot of times but that never stopped me. Except for photography modelling, that happened on this day I was walking home from gym and this gentle man, drove past, stopped and got off his car. Walked to me and introduced himself as a photographer that would like to work with me. The taught I would make a good photography/Fitness model. That was it for me.
