The biggest difference between the Note7 and Note8 is of course Samsung’s commitment to battery safety. This one won’t explode, Samsung promises. That seems like a reasonable tradeoff for a smaller battery.

Battery aside, when you go with the Note8, you’ll get a thicker and heavier phone with a significantly larger screen. There are also more storage options to choose from, and of course you’re getting dual cameras for the first time in a Samsung phone.
