VIDEO: L Tip x Taurus The Mind – In The Meantime

L Tip and Taurus The Mind announced the imminent release of their collaborative EP, Bona Fela, via a single of the same name that made its rounds on local hip hop charts. They now return with the first music video from the project, for a record named In The Meantime, paying homage to the renowned M’garimbe adlib from the local anthem Sister Bethina.

In The Meantime is a bona fide hustler’s anthem with a relatable twist. Tip and Taurus entertainingly speak of their exploits in the pursuit of funds, while emphasising how time was always made for women ‘in the meantime’. The video follows the story of our hustlers working at a carwash, providing their services to two gorgeous clients who inevitably end up vibing with them and they bounce.
