Picks of the Day: 29th August, 2012

The 2012 London Paralympics begin on Wednesday, August 29, and SuperSport will have a dedicated channel for daily broadcasts, plus daily highlights and an on-the-spot crew.

SuperSport 6 will be the prime channel for Paralympic watchers, but there will be additional highlights on SuperSport 4 and SuperSport 9.

Highlight packages will also be available on supersport.com, with rolling coverage and news items on Blitz. Viewers can tune into the opening ceremony on Wednesday, August 29, for live coverage from 8:30pm WAT.

Barcelona and Real Madrid continue their rivalry in the Spanish Super Cup second leg on Wednesday, 29 August.

Braca holds the advantage over their foes after a 3-2 victory over at the Nou Camp. An error from Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes allowed Real Madrid to grab a late second goal which kept them alive in the Spanish Super Cup.
