The final season of Jacob’s Cross is here with new drama and entertainment. The last time we saw the Abayomi family, their friends and foes, Adana had just taken off without her son and husband.

Bola agreed to leave the family compound and have his son raised by his sister Folake and her husband Shy.

Jacob, with help from his brother Andile and good friend Prospero, managed to capture the man responsible for his wife’s death.

Major League Soccer (MLS) wraps the regular season this month on ESPN, highlighted by a matchup of top Western rivals as Seattle Sounders FC close the month in action against the defending champion Los Angeles Galaxy. Even behind the trio of midfield icon David Beckham, Irish veteran Robbie Keane and U.S. talent Landon Donovan, the Galaxy have struggled to match last season’s winning form.

While Seattle and Los Angeles are dangerous opponents, the West is also home to the San Jose Earthquakes and Real Salt Lake, both worthy challengers this season.

Out East, D.C. United have looked strong, but with the Playoffs around the corner it’s the sharp New York Red Bulls, impressive Sporting Kansas City and always-tough Houston Dynamo who appear to be the teams to beat.

ESPN’s coverage of MLS airs all season, LIVE or on short-turnaround, with regular season games on ESPN ending October 29, followed by the start of the MLS Playoffs in November.
