ONE Gospel ditches shows, adds music from November 1

Due to popular demand, ONE Gospel is taking a different direction. The channel is becoming the ultimate destination for gospel hit lovers 24-hours a day.

From the 1st of November 2012, ONE Gospel content becomes 90% music. Finally gospel music lovers will enjoy less talk and MORE Music.

ONE Gospel has received requests from viewers to focus on more music and the time has come for that. ONE Gospel will cover a large spectrum of traditional, Afro Pop, Urban, Choral, Praise & Worship and contemporary African gospel. The channel will play soul inspiring music, with a combination of classic hits and new releases from the most popular gospel artists.

There will be no reality shows, and no fiction, simply the best gospel music videos and artists.

ONE Gospel will focus on music mainly from South Africa, East Africa, and West Africa: however, your favourite gospel music videos from the likes of Kirk Franklin, TD Jakes, Juanita Bynum will still be in the mix.

Popular shows Call to Worship and Gospel Truth will continue until the end of their new seasons on the 30th of November.
