Carnival Calabar 2012 LIVE on DStv channel 198 and on TMN

Carnival Calabar 2012 is poised to be not just the biggest street party in Africa, but also the most exciting, with the five Carnival bands being joined by the 2011 Sao Paulo Carnival champions, Vai Vai Samba School of Brazil.

The Carnival will party along a 12km-long route through the streets of Calabar, flagging off at 10.00 am from Millennium Park, and arriving for the Grand Finale at the U. J. Esuene Stadium.

Finally, the Carnival party will go on right into the late hours of Thursday, December 27, and onto the U. J. Esuene Stadium, where the Carnival bands will know which one of them goes home with the title of Carnival Champion 2012…
