DStv launches special 2012 Calabar Festival dedicated channel

DStv this morning at about 4am (WAT) launched a special dedicated channel for the on-going Calabar Festival, taking place in Calabar the capital city of Cross river state, Nigeria. The channel is located on DStv 198, the channel number for Big Brother Africa.

The channel will show past editions and recorded happening from the festivities including; Carol Night, Naija Most Wanted concert, CARNIVAL CALABAR QUEEN PAGEANT, MARY SLESSOR CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT, Street Carnival, etc, plus the channel will also broadcast LIVE the Carnival scheduled to hold today (28 December) from 12 noon – 9pm (WAT).

According to the EPG information provided by DStv, the channel is expected to run still 30 December 2012.
