From hard-hitting investigative series to some of your favourite crime dramas, FOX Crime has it all.

Launching on Tuesday 9 July on DStv channel 126 at 6pm WAT, FOX Crime promises to deliver all the mystery, emotion, agendas and detective work that will help bring together the pieces of the crime puzzles presented in the nail-biting shows.

Here’s what you can look forward to on FOX Crime in July:

The Bridge (Friday 12 July at 8:15pm)


A gripping crime-thriller starring Diane Kruger as detective Sonya Cross. She’s tasked with finding a serial killer operating in Mexico and the US after an American judge known for her anti-immigration views is found dead on the bridge connecting El Paso and Juarez.

Allied with her Mexican counterpart from Chihuahua State Police, Marco Ruiz, Sonya sets out to nab the killer. But before long the case draws them into a string of other murders on the border which they cannot turn a blind eye to.

Criminal Minds S7 (Wednesday 10 July at 7:30pm)

An elite team of FBI profilers analyse the most twisted criminal minds and try to figure out their next moves before they get the opportunity to strike again.

Magnum PI (Wednesday 10 July at 01:00, with new episodes at 3:30pm)


Hawaii is packed with beautiful people soaking in the sun and the scenery, but amidst it all seedy dealings and crimes are being committed. Fortunately Magnum is on the job, tackling danger at the turn of every corner in his trusted red Ferrari.

CHiPs (Wednesday 10 July at 02:40. New episodes on weekdays at 4:20pm)
An action crime drama which takes you into the lives of two motorcycle police officers whose job it is to patrol the California Highway. Starring Erik Estrada and Robert Pine, the funny duo tackle all sorts of cases while trying to fit in with the glamorous Southern California lifestyle.

The Streets of San Francisco (Wednesday 10 July at 01:50 with new episodes on weekdays at 5:10pm)
The series follows two witty detectives, Lt Mike Stone (Karl Malden) and Inspector Steve Keller (Michael Douglas), as they cruise the streets of San Francisco solving crimes with good old fashion team work.

48 Hours (Thursday 11 July at 7:30pm)


The 48 Hours team investigates disturbing cases and compelling real-life dramas with journalistic integrity and in cutting-edge style. With more than 12 successful seasons the show has bagged 18 Emmy Awards. Watch as fascinating facts surrounding complex crimes are uncovered.

Case Files Africa (Tuesday 9 July at 7:30pm)
This brand-new show looks at infamous real life crime stories from South Africa and the rest of the continent, uncovering criminal stories using documented interviews. The show will look at cases from South African serial rapists to Tanzanian Albino killings, to rhino poaching, revealing more about criminal behavior than ever before.

American Greed (Tuesday 9 July at 6pm)

This series focuses on the stories behind some of the biggest corporate and white collar crimes in recent US history as well as finance-related and common crimes like fraud, embezzlement, robbery and murder. Also, see how prominent business people’s reputations and livelihood disintegrated because of corrupt dealings.
