A Serbian man and a Bosnian woman fall in love, on the brink of the terrible armed conflict that tears their world apart.

Although separated by the war along ethnic lines, the pair are fatefully reunited when she becomes a prisoner in a camp he oversees. Despite the most challenging circumstances imaginable, their relationship continues to evolve.

But can their bond survive the horrific war, as well as the dangerous cat-and-mouse games they themselves initiate?
