GOtv Eases Subscription Renewal with Recharge Cards
GOtv, the affordable digital pay-TV service for everyone has introduced recharge cards to enable its subscribers renew their subscriptions conveniently and with ease. The recharge cards which come in two denominations – N1,500 for GOtv Plus and N1,000 for GOtv, expand the payment options available to GOtv subscribers.
GOtv recharge cards are available to subscribers in all territories in which GOtv has been launched in Nigeria, and can be purchased from GOtv dealer offices, vendors and street hawkers. Using the recharge cards is simple; all a subscriber needs to do is text his IUC number and the recharge card PIN to any of the three (3) mobile numbers provided behind the card. Subscribers should ensure decoder is switched on when sending the text.
General Manager, GOtv Nigeria, Mrs Elizabeth Amkpa said, “GOtv is committed to delivering family entertainment to Africa. With GOtv recharge cards, our subscribers can renew their subscriptions from the comfort of their homes, allowing them continuous access to quality digital entertainment.”
GOtv provides a variety of payment options to its subscribers – the launch of GOtv recharge cards increases the range of payment options available. Subscribers can also make cash payments at MultiChoice offices or its dealer offices; and mobile money options are also available via Paga by visiting www.mypaga.com or Paga mobile money agents, Zenith Bank mobile money platform – eaZy money or Quickteller – www.quickteller.com.
GOtv service is offered via the GOtv Plus bouquet which has a total of 39 channels, and GOtv bouquet which has a total of 28 international and local channels in digital quality. The current bundle price of GOtv is N6,900 and it includes a decoder, GOtenna (outdoor antenna) and 1 month subscription to GOtv Plus. Once the one-month subscription on GOtv Plus expires, subscribers will then have the option of continuing with either of GOtv bouquet options – GOtv or GOtv Plus.

immediately, I received a No 9386. But since than my decoder did not activated for this month.

I have just subsctibed thru quickteller the iuc number 2004510770 with 1500 this evening around past 4pm. Yet it has not been activated. Also, the channels are always skipping.

Pls i dont understand this Gotv it getting discouraging i bought a card 1500 since 23th of December hv sent it, jo respond till now, i called customer care number their was no solution to it pls help me do something oh…cux i may discurage my other neighbourwho wanted to buy. My iuc 2018981389

For those that renew and are yet to view channels you should try to reset your decoder it’s called self service. You can do that on their website.

I bought 1500 rechargeable card and entered my IUC and pin no. as directed since yesterday 14th Feb. Am yet to receive any chanel pls. i even called the customer care today but nothing has been done. I just hope Gotv is not a scam. Check my UIC 2022166175 you will discover I recharged 1500 n yet it’s showing error E017. I’ve visited your website several times to do self service by clearing error to no avail. It’s becoming so frustrating for me.

I recharged #1500 last week with IUC no 2004426873 and subsequently called program customer care no 08039003788 and 012703232 indicating that my next recharge date of 26th March, 2015 but to my utmost dismay i, received text intimating me to recharge before 27th febuary, 2015. I went to your centre at Ojodu and was advise to still call the program number as the payment did not reflect on my account. Please assist to rectify this error before tomorrow 27th Febuary, 2015. I subcribe one month on the 1st april2015 and a message was sent me(dear GOgetter than you for your payment recieved on 01/04/15. the next due date is 25/05/15. your decoder has been activated). sir, i can not view any channel except NTA, my iuc4613396885. pls assist in re-activating my decoder

juxt got a text on gotv for subscription increment for gotv plus 1500 to 1800 why should it be increased instead of decreasing. obviously, its very bad of gotv .pls assist us to decrease the current it will affect some people they may not b able to afford such price.expedite action. pls
