This October, join in the adventures of some of your favorite superheroes or discover new heroes and explore new worlds.
Relive the beginning moments of Batman’s rise as a hero, discover Superman’s true origins and get lost in the world of adventure and mystery as each hero tries battle the forces of evil and keep the world at peace.
We begin the month with a Batman movie festival on M-Net Movies Showcase, bringing you tons of action and lots of crime fighting. You can follow Batman’s journey to become the masked hero of Gotham City in Batman on Tuesday 1 October at 6pm. Then, in Batman: The Dark Knight on Sunday, 6 October at 6pm, watch Batman and the police try to take down a new criminal mastermind known as The Joker. And on Sunday, 27 October at 7:30pm the story continues with Batman: Dark Knight Rises on M-Net Movies Premiere.

Next, we get to see the rise of Superman; watch the stories of Superman unfold and find out why he is known as the Man of Steel. In Superman on Tuesday, 8 October at 19:00 follow Superman from his origins in Smallville to saving the world. Then on Sunday, 13 October at 6pm Superman Returns sees Superman return after having been missing for five years – what will happen when he arrives back on Earth?

In Marvel’s The Avengers on Sunday, 20 October at 6pm, follow Nick Fury, director of the peacekeeping organization S.H.I.E.L.D., as he recruits Iron Man, Captain America, the Hulk, and Thor to form a team that must stop Thor’s adoptive brother Loki from conquering Earth.

In The Amazing Spider-Man on Sunday, 26 October at 5:15pm on M-Net Movies Showcase, watch Peter Parker, a teenager from New York City get bitten by a genetically altered spider, Using his new powers, Parker must stop a doctor from spreading a mutation serum across the city.
