VIDEO: SHALOM – Hero

Rising singer debut the visuals for ‘Hero’. Shalom broke into the scene as the calabar voice on Nigeria’s foremost rapper Vector’s track “Nsi Roro,” off the Barracks mixtape then delivering a contributing verse on DJ Boyfriend’s ‘Take You High (Arara)’ featuring Vector.

He makes his solo debut as a singer with the visuals for his earlier released single ‘Hero’ which premiered on Soundcity Africa days ago. The crisp clear and high energy video was shot in South Africa complimenting the melodious single and setting him as rising act to watch. Rightfully complimenting his name ‘Shalom.’ which interprets as ‘the rising sun.’

Inspired by Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Shalom brings similar energy to his music and stage performance. The Akwa Ibom state born-Lagos resident entertainer regarded by many as a sex symbol is definitely bent on making a mark.
