Akwa Ibom Christmas Carol Night live on DStv channel 199 | Saturday 21 December

DStv channel 199 is set to broadcast this year’s edition of the 9,999 Christmas Carol Night live from Akwa Ibom.

The annual event organized by the Akwa Ibom Government brings different choir groups, gospel artists, preachers, local and international tourists together to commemorate the yuletide season.

This year, the grand event will feature performances from multi-talented national and international gospel artists including five-time Grammy Award gospel recording artist Israel Houghton as well as Lionel Peterson, a world renowned South African Gospel legend, famous for mega gospel hit Jabulani Africa.

Akwa Ibom voices such as Aity Dennis Inyang, Pastor Goody Goody, Fadabasi, Linda Etukudoh, Nathaniel Bassey, Freke Umoh, and Folake Umosen will also feature during the Carol night as will the St. Kitts and Nevis National Mass Choir.

The Akwa Ibom 9,999 Christmas Carol Night will be broadcast live from 7pm on Saturday 21 December 2013 on DStv channel 199.
