GOtv Nigeria has hosted its Port Harcourt subscribers at the second GOCustomer forum, an interactive session that was held at the Bougainvillea Hotels on Saturday, 10 May 2014.

The forum was organised to appreciate GOtv residents in Port Harcourt as well as give GOtv a platform to receive firsthand feedback on its services.

Speaking at the forum, Public Relations Manager for GOtv in Nigeria, Efe Obiomah, said “The GOCustomer Forum is an exclusive event dedicated to interact with you – GOtv subscribers and deliberate on ways to serve you better.”

The forum also gave the GOtv subscribers the opportunity to ask questions with some on-the-spot query resolutions. Among the requests from the subscribers was the extension of the GOtv service to more cities bordering Port Harcourt.
