This weekend we witness the conclusion of the Spanish La Liga, action from the FA Cup final, and the IAAF track and field event at Shanghai, among many other sport events available on TV and via live video streaming on supersport.com. 

With the French Open commencing next weekend, tennis stars will get an opportunity to sharpen their skills at the WTA Internazionali B D’Italia and the ATP World Tour 1000 Internazionali Bnl D’Italia tournaments continuing throughout the weekend on Friday 16 May.

In the Spanish La Liga, Atletico Madrid will need a draw or a victory at Camp Nou to be crowned league champions. They’re up against a second-placed Barcelona side needing three points to shatter the dreams of the Red and Whites. Atletico will also feature in next weekend’sUefa Champions League Final against old foes Real Madrid.

With the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil in sight, the Netherlands and Ecuador battle it out in their International Friendly, looking to gain much needed momentum ahead the most converted prize in football.

Shanghai hosts the IAAF Diamond League athletics meet on Sunday 18 May, where household names like Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, Jonathan Muia Ndiku from Kenya and Botswana’s Amantle Montsho are all expected to make their mark in their respective disciplines. 

The master blasters take the field in the Indian Premier League match between the Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the JSCA International Cricket Stadium.
