AUDIO+VIDEO: Leaux FT. Ice Prince – Problems
Introducing Toronto-based Nigerian Hip-Hop artist Selick Idahosa, better known as Leaux (pronounced Low), with his brand new single featuring BET Award-winning Nigerian rap star Ice Prince titled “Problems”. Debuted with an excellent new music video directed by Mr Moe Musa, “Problems” is a huge rap collaboration for the young Canada based Rapper. The Video has already being featured on World Star Hip Hop in the short time of release.
Shot on location in Lagos Nigeria, “Problems” sees both Leaux and Ice Prince in flying form as they trade fiery braggadocios rap verses back and forth, over the Benjamz-produced musical backdrop and accompanied by an infectious hook inspired by Young Jeezy’s “Go Crazy”. The brand new visuals also features cameo appearances from 2Kriss, who are signed to D’Banj, and Tunde Ednut.

Starting his rap career at the age of 17, Leaux burst onto the scene with a freestyle cover of J Cole’s “In The Morning” three years ago which garnered over 30,000 views and got him featured on WorldStarHiHOP. Fast forward to 2014 and Leaux is ready to take things up a notch and make his mark on the world stage, as he collaborates with the likes of Wizkid, Ice Prince and Skales on his forthcoming project.
Born in Benin, Nigeria, Leaux moved to London with his family before finally settling in Toronto Canada at the age of eight. It was in Toronto that Leaux began his journey as an artist, first as a dancer and subsequently in performance arts, before forming a Hip-Hop group with fellow Toronto native Kavale. Now firmly a solo star in his own right, Leaux is poised to take the international music landscape by storm, first with the amazing new single “Problems”.
