This weekend on SuperSport: NBA, Formula 1, Liverpool vs Chelsea and more…

It’s another bumper to bumper sporting weekend on SuperSport with all the fireworks available on TV and via live video streaming on supersport.com.

After an impressive seven-wicket victory, South Africa will hope to inflict more pain to the Aussies in the second Twenty20 International at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday 7 November.

The NBA continues with the entertainment on Saturday 8 November, when the Oklahoma City Thunder will look to tame the Memphis Grizzlies in another intriguing game of basketball.

After 10 undefeated Barclays Premier League games a rampant Chelsea side, will back themselves for another victory against an unpredictable Liverpool outfit. The Reds have been blowing hot and cold thus far and will have to produce a flawless performance against the league leaders.

With their Rugby Championship victory over New Zealand still fresh in the memory banks, the Springboks will face a different challenge in their first end-of-year match against Ireland. The 2014 Six Nations title holders are in good form and will be worthy opponents against the South Africans, who are starting to gel as a team under the leadership of Coach Heyneke Meyer.

Still mourning the tragic passing of their captain Senzo Meyiwa, Orlando Pirates will want to honour the slain goalkeeper in their Telkom Knockout semifinal against SuperSport United.

The Proteas will be back on the field on Sunday 9 November when they face Australia in the third and final Twenty20 International clash at Stadium Australia.

In the second Telkom Knockout semi-final fixture on Sunday, Platinum Stars will look to pull off a victory against Mamelodi Sundowns at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium.

It will be a free-for-all in the Brazil Grand Prix taking place at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace circuit. It’s the penultimate race of the Formula 1 season; who will cross the finishing line first? 

Back with action from the English Barclays Premier League, Arsenal face a tricky challenge when they visit Liberty Stadium for a showdown against Swansea City.

And the Brooklyn Nets and the Orlando Magic take the prime-time slot in another NBA clash which promises tons of excitement among basketball fans.
