Big Brother Hotshots Day 42 Live Show: Return of the exes – Former housemates Uti (Nigeria), Feza (Tanzania), Natasha (Malawi), Sulu (Zambia), Miss P (Botswana) and Elikem (Ghana)…there are more
Zambia’s Kay Figo performs sexily to a rapturous crowd. Big Brother is nothing but mysterious. he likes to keep the housemates on their toes. In this season’s biggest twist yet, Biggie is bringing back ten ex-housemates. Biggie announces that he has decided to put all of the housemates for nomination. Big “Brother you are smart, I love you” says Sheillah. IK informs everyone that it is a prank. IK introduce the first five being:
Tanzania, Feza- The Chase (Idris reacts with shock.)
Zambia, Sulu-The Chase (Macky2 is happy)
Botswana, Miss P- Amplified (Sheilah and Goitse are excited.)
Nigeria, Uti- All stars (Tayo jumps around.)
Malawi, Natasha-The Chase (Sipe waves her flag.)
The housemates countries are all represented by an ex-housemate, in other words, if a housemate from a particulare country remains in the house, an ex-housemate from that housemates country will be introduced into the house. Confused? The housemates will be told that Africa will be choosing whether or not to replace them with their fellow countrymate. This means that they will be under the illusion that they can be replaced in the house by an ex-housemate from their country. Biggie is pranking them biggie-style.
With the first five housemates introduced, it was time for IK to present the remaining five to Africa and the Hotshots.
Zimbabwe’s Vimbai from Big Brother Amplified was Butterphly and JJ’s competition. Ghana’s Elikem, a fashion designer like his competition M’am Bea, was part of Big Brother The Chase. Entertaining Denzel from Uganda, who played in The Chase, was up against Ellah. Trezagah was excited to hear about his fellow Mozambican Lionel from Big Brother Revolution joining him in the house. Well-known actor Luclay is from South Africa and was also part of The Chase. His competition Nhlanhla did not look impressed.Sipe’s competition, meanwhile, is Malawi’s Natasha from Big Brother The Chase.
They’re quite an eclectic bunch and we can’t wait to see what mischief they get up to in the house. Will they bond with their fellow countrymen or will new friendships be formed? Do you think we’ll see flirting between old and new housemates – just imagine what the Friday night party will be like. Which ex-housemate are you the most excited to watch?
Now is the time for them to show Africa what they’re really made of and convince their fans to let them stay. As a result of this twist, there will be no nominations this week, with the Hotshots thinking they’re all up for eviction.
Of course, we all know that it’s just a big prank on Biggie’s part, but the housemates don’t and it will be intriguing to see how they handle it and how they act towards each other with a new twist in the game. Will the Hotshots form a united front in a bid to keep themselves in the game or will they gravitate towards their fellow countrymen?
The ex-housemates will enter the house on Monday night, but before that the Hotshots will have to cope with the absence of Samantha and Mr. 265 and compete for Head of House. One thing is for sure: this will be an exciting and unpredictable week. We might even see the Hotshots reveal a different side of their personalities.
Tune in on Monday at 7:30pm WAT to watch the former Big Brother Africa housemates enter the game.
