Microsoft is inviting 10 Windows Insiders to it’s Redmond World Headquarters; and they like you to be one of them
Microsoft is launching a contest for members of its Windows Insider program that will give 10 of them a chance to visit the company’s headquarters in Redmond, Washington.
Microsoft first announced the contest on its official Windows Twitter account and later revealed the details on the Insider Hub app, which is available in the Windows 10 Technical Preview build. Windows Insiders are asked to fill out a form on a website and then post a 1 to 3 minute video saying what they like best about the Windows 10 preview and the Windows Insider program.
Interested contestants have until March 24 to enter the contest. A group of judges at Microsoft will pick the 10 best videos and those creators will win a trip to Redmond to visit Microsoft’s headquarters on April 23-24. This is a worldwide contest, by the way. In order to be eligible you have to be a member of the Windows Insider program, be 18 years of age and over and not live in Cuba, Burma/Myanmar, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.
Microsoft recently confirmed that over 2.8 million people have signed up for the Windows Insider program, which allows them access to preview builds of Windows 10 for both PCs and smartphones.
