KWESÉ TO AIR CONTENT FROM RED ARROW INTERNATIONAL
New titles will now be available on Econet Media’s Kwesé. The company has acquired several titles from Red Arrow International, the TV distributor of scripted, factual and formatted shows from a worldwide network of in-house production companies, outstanding third-party producers and digital-content partners. The new content will be available on the pay-TV and Catch-up platforms of Kwesé across Africa.
Among the titles to be aired on Kwesé, are ‘Cleverman’, ‘House Rules’, ‘The Romeo section’ and ‘Remedy’.
‘Cleverman’ is an Australian-New Zealand television drama series and its season one will be premiered in Africa. ‘House Rules’ is an Australian reality television series which follows six state-based couples who renovate each other’s homes to receive the highest scores with the winner having their mortgage paid off.
‘The Romeo Section’ is a Canadian spy thriller involving a spymaster Professor Wolfgang McGee, an academic who secretly manages a roster of espionage assets. These assets, referred to as Romeo or Juliet spies, are informants engaged in intimate relations with intelligence targets.
‘Remedy’ is a Canadian medical drama series revolving around Griffin Conner, a medical school dropout working as an orderly at the fictional Bethune General Hospital in Toronto, where his father Allen is the chief of medical staff.
