TRACE Returns with a Platform for Creatives to Showcase Their Talents in an Upcoming University Tour

Like a wave of Afro-Urban excitement 11 Nigerian cities would be held to a spell of movies, music and games by Africa’s number one Music Channel, Trace. The post-millennial kids from Universities would be the core target and the experience, judging from last year’s, promises to be frenetic.

TRACE IN THE CITY 2.0 is back, bigger and better. TRACE brings exciting and unique experiences to youths across Nigeria with an opportunity to explore the outdoors, meet new friends, discover new interests and create memories that will last a lifetime. Last year we brought the fun to 7 cities, this time we are excited to meet our fans in 11 cities.

TRACE in the city aims to give each city a chance to connect with TRACE, showcase talented young people and to encourage creativity and special talents by offering them the perfect environment in which to express themselves and make the most of their talents.

TRACE In The City provides a platform for young creatives to express themselves; from aspiring musicians and dancers performing on the stage to content creators sharing their content with a wider audience via the NTA content fest segment.  The campaign also impacts students with skills through its volunteerism initiative.

The tour which spans 6 weeks from 23rd July to 3rd September 2019 would bring together the hip and jiggy peeps from Ibadan, Lagos and Abuja, down to Kaduna. The tour would continue to galvanized the young and cool in Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, Calabar, Uyo and Benin, dishing out the finest ensemble of urban music, games and cinema flare.

Artistes to rock the stage include Falz, Skiibi, Teni, Oxlade, Mayorkun, Victor Ad, Zlatan, Rema, King Perry, Dj Neptune, Blaqbonez Zoro, Ceeza Milli, T-Classic, Niniola, Vanessa Mdee.

TRACE In The City 2 is proudly sponsored by Indomie Nigeria, Pepsi, Munch It, Tom Tom and T-ONE.
