Picks of the Day: Tuesday 11th September, 2012

Named after the iconic Pan American World Airways, the series is set in the early 1960’s and focuses on the pilots and stewardesses of the airline who made Pan Am the most glamorous way to fly.

As a fast, new luxury airliner takes to the skies, the passengers and crew face a voyage whose landscape is shaped by romance, shifting societal values and even international espionage.

In the premiere episode Head stewardess Maggie mentors rookie flight attendant Laura, while first officer Ted turns on the charm. Excitement awaits every traveler on Pan Am.
