Nigeria’s Got Talent: Episode 2 (Auditions)

Episode two of Nigeria’s Got Talent didn’t fail to deliver just as the previous episode did. One would say this episode stepped up a notch higher with the airing of more rib-cracking auditions which saw the likes of Martins Joseph; a young man from Enugu who danced to D’banj’s hit single ‘Oliver Twist’. Although he didn’t get the nods to go through to the next round, he made the studio audience and fans of the show have a good laugh!

We also saw acts from Port Harcourt city –an acrobat, an afro beat dancer and a couple named ‘E birds’ whose specialty was contemporary dancing. It was all up to the judges to give them the desired yes to send them through to the next round or the outright no which meant that their act was not good enough to go further to compete for the grand prize.

Moving on to Warri, another audition, the talents showcased ranged from ball jugglers to comedians. The popular saying of the Warri people “Warri no dey carry last” was truly evident when the contestants got on stage to show the judges what they had to offer. The ball juggler mesmerized everyone with his foot tricks, while Mc Pincode the comedian got people laughing off their chairs with his jokes.
