Nigerians can now also step into the game show spotlight with the new AfricaMagic show The Money Drop!

Having already held audition sessions in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja, The Money Drop team is hosting one last round of auditions in Lagos on November 10 (Protea Ikeja, Maryland) and November 12 (Southern Sun Ikoyi). 

If you are Nigerian, over the age of 18 and have a valid passport, you can audition at no cost – it’s FREE!

And an insider’s tip for those auditioning… remember that The Money Drop is based on contestants playing as a pair so make sure whoever you are entering with is just as enthusiastic as you are.

Exciting, tension filled and dramatic, The Money Drop has become an internationally famous series.

In each episode a pair of contestants start off with USD 100 000 in hard cash. Just 8 questions stand between them and their money. Sounds simple, right? Think again! One wrong move and they could see all their cash disappear through a trapdoor. So the question is…Can you beat The Money Drop?

AfricaMagic Entertainment is creating 13 episodes of the series which will begin screening on DStv from January 2013. The series comes from Endemol which is the company responsible for hit formats Deal or No Deal and Big Brother Africa for M-Net/AfricaMagic.
