February line-up: Drama unfolds on AfricaMagic Entertainment

The month of February promises to be filled with drama and excitement on AfricaMagic Entertainment (DStv Channel 151) with premiere movies showcasing on the channel.

To get your imagination running wild, here’s a movie story about all the premieres on the channel this month.

Once upon a time in a land far, far away called AfricaMagic Entertainment…

There was once a Beast who took the beautiful daughter of a physician into the dangerous territory of a love affair with what some would call a hooligan. As expected the father of the beauty was not happy about this arrangement.

The rich lass is engulfed by The Beast following The Search for love that she had embarked on with three friends. Her one friend is rather unfortunate in love with men randomly breaking up with her while the other is desperate to get married at all costs.

What Damage can this have on an already married couple in another part of AfricaMagic Entertainment? Tired of all the arguments between her parents, the couple’s daughter decides it’s time to detach herself from the madness and flee the nest. Will this move work out for her?

Meanwhile next door lives a 21-year-old called Tobi who, like the beautiful girl engulfed by the powers of The Beast, also comes from a good home and was brought up to be the best he could be. But as we all know, dreams and reality are often worlds apart.

Tobi gets mixed up with the wrong crowd and ends up in trouble with the law and his brother has to step up and defend him in court. Wow, all this drama in one month on one channel!

Anyway getting back to the story, it’s not only the young and misguided that find themselves in strange predicaments. Take Mimi Arkhurst who experiences a Double dose of trouble when she finds herself caught in a web of events that ruin her reputation and career as a film director.

So what is left then for the residents of AfricaMagic Entertainment to do? Well, for a start they can get a Figurine and hopefully with a bit of luck change their fortunes.

In the meantime however, their current stories and exciting lives make for riveting viewing and, need I say, gossip?
