Nollywood TV in French now available in Francophone Africa

Nollywood TV set up by ‘Thema TV’ and supported by Mnet content was only available in France until start of April 2013.

Currently accessible through various pay TV subscriptions offered by Free, SFR, la TV d’Orange and very soon other operators in France, it is now available in Africa via Canal+’s Canalsat.

“In France, the Pay TV channel has already seduced 140 000 households” Ms. July Rakhowitz, communication manager at Thema confirmed to Balancing Act. Nollywood TV provides a film every two hours and a new film every night.

Since the 2nd. April 2013, Nollywood TV is available on channel 99 from the bouquet option EVASION within the CANALSAT TV platform. It is distributed in more than 30 countries in Central and West Africa.
