AfricaMagic 10th Anniversary Celebration Channel Launches Sunday 1st December on DStv

There’s a wonderful surprise in store for fans of the highly popular AfricaMagic channels… from Sunday, 1 December and running until New Year’s Eve, if you are a DStv Premium, Compact Plus (where available), Compact or Family subscriber you will have access to, at no extra cost, a special edition AfricaMagic Celebration Channel, on channel 198!

With the excitement of the festive season lighting up the globe, and with AfricaMagic enjoying its 10th anniversary, what better way is there to mark the occasion than by revisiting some of AfricaMagic’s hottest shows of the recent past.

Anchoring the channel is the much loved hit soapie Tinsel, where drama and  emotion is always on offer as friends, family and foes run headlong into each  other against the backdrop of two powerful film studios battling for supremacy.

In December, some of the most memorable Tinsel episodes are back on the menu…running Monday to Friday from 12:30 – 17:30 CAT, you can catch a whopping seven-episode omnibus of Tinsel EVERY weekday!

Another highlight on the channel this month is a four-episode omnibus every weekday of the hit prime-time drama Jacob’s Cross. Focussed on the lives, loves and ambitions of those dynamic characters who make up this most unforgettable African oil dynasty, make sure you tune in from Monday to Friday from 20:10 – 22:36 CAT.
