This weekend on SuperSport: Fifa World Cup draw, Barclays Premier League, NBA, and more…

SuperSport is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes providing top class sporting entertainment and this weekend is no different, an exciting lineup.

The 2014 Fifa World Cup Draw takes center-stage on Friday 6 December. The continent will be waiting in anticipation to see which nations Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Algeria will face in Brazil.

Staying with football, only the strong will survive in the GOtv CECAFA Senior Challenge as the fight to progress to the semifinals of the competition intensifies throughout the weekend. In the Ghanaian Premier League a bottom of the table clash ensues between Berekum Chelsea and Liberty Professionals FC.

Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen do battle at Signal Iduna Park in a top of the table clash in the German Bundesliga. The defending champions remain undefeated in the league thus far this season, but will expect a tough against Leverkusen.

Current log leaders in the Barclays Premier League, Arsenal, will look to stay on top when they face Everton at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners are still in high spirits after disposing of Cardiff City 3-0 and defeating Hull 2-0 in their last game. Everton also thumped Stoke City 4-0 last weekend and will be fairly confident after defeating Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford.

Speed and rugby skills will be on full display in Port Elizabeth as the HSBC Sevens World Series continues. With South Africa and Kenya both in Pool B, fireworks will be expected by the hordes of fans in attendance.

This weekend, NBA fans can look forward to action between the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors on Saturday. The action does not end there: the following day the New York Knicks take the court against against the Bolton Celtics.
