Set in Washington D.C House of Cards tells a story of Francis “Frank” Underwood a Democrat from South Carolina’s 5th Congressional District and House Majority Whip who decides to get revenge on all those who betrayed him after getting passed over for an appointment as Secretary of State.

In the end Frank scrambles to keep his plan on track. Gillian is planning to sue Claire. Zoe, Janine, and Lucas investigate Rachel Posner and her relationship with Peter Russo.
