VIDEO: Evelle Wins Nigerian Idol Season 4!

Nothing beats the feeling of reaching and crossing the finish line galantly. This feeling is one which the past winners of Nigerian Idol – Yeka Onka, Mercy Chinwo and Moses Obi, know too well as they were once in the shoes which Eye-D and Evelle were in today’s grand finale.

Out of the thousands who auditioned with hopes of becoming Nigerian idol Season 4’s winner, Eye-D and Evelle went through thick and thin to get to the grand finale – after both were evicted at the Top 30 stage, the judges brought them back as Wild Card contestants and they justified the judges’ choices by giving Nigerians something to vote for every week with their outstanding performances. As well all know, there can only be one winner.

After all the exiciting and captivating performances from Darey, Moses (season 3 winner,) and Tuface Idibia, the moment of truth arrived.

Illrymz our host read out the verified results brought by the representative of Alexander Forbes – Nigerians voted Evelle as the winner of Nigerian Idol season 4! Automatically, Eye-D clinched the second spot while Elvis Jay was placed third.

What an incredible journey it has been this season. Congratulations to Evelle our new champion!
