SuperSport’s Naija Made celebrates 100 episodes

SuperSport, the largest sports content providers on DStv have promised to provide more quality local sports content on its channels.

Speaking at the celebration of the 100th episode of Nigeria’s flagship football programme; Naija Made, the General Manager of SuperSport, Felix Awogu said sports lovers in the country will get a chance to watch more local sport content on SuperSport channels.

Awogu explained that SuperSport has given live coverage to some matches in the Nigeria Premier League, The DStv Premier Leagues and other sporting fiestas. “We have showcased the Nigerian soccer league and the DStv Basketball league across Africa through shows like Naija Made but we still believe there is room for more local sports content to be showcased” he remarked.  


Awogu, who stated that football lovers can get information on local soccer on Naija Made, posited that Naija Made is now often referred to as the official highlights show of the Glo Premier League.

The Naija Made show is a soccer programme which airs between 7:30pm to 8:30pm on SuperSport channels 209 and 233 on Thursdays and anchored by Mozez Praiz alongside Colin Udoh and Aikhoje Ojeikere as analysts. 

The 100th episode celebration of the show was marked with a special show in which a commemorative cake was cut.
