Windows 10 Technical Preview comes to more Lumia phones

Here finally some good news! The latest Windows 10 Technical Preview supports more Lumia smartphones. Is yours on the list?

Participants in the Windows Insider Program have early access to Windows 10 and are helping to shape the future of Windows for more than 1.5 billion people using Windows around the world.

Starting today, the Windows 10 Technical Preview supports 35 Lumia devices, from the Microsoft Lumia 430 to the Lumia 1520. Please note, however, that because of technical issues, the preview will not be available for the Lumia 930, Lumia Icon, or the Lumia 640 XL.

Microsoft says it’s working to resolve the situation and expect to see support for them in the near future – so stay tuned!

Build 10051 of the Windows 10 Technical Preview includes Project Spartan and a range of new universal apps as well as an updated app switcher that makes it easier to switch between programs and also works in landscape position.
