NEW ON TV: CNN Marketplace Europe starts this Thursday

CNN International announced the addition of a brand-new weekly show, CNN Marketplace Europe, which will start on CNN International on Thursday 13 October at 7:45 WAT with Richard Quest.

CNN Marketplace Europe that joins the already established CNN Marketplace Middle East and CNN Marketplace Africa will focus on the increasingly complex world of business in Europe. CNN business correspondent Juliet Mann will also do reporting for the show that starts on the 24 hour news channel during a time of unprecedented economic upheaval for the European Union on one of the world’s most influential and interconnected continents.

A special section within CNN Marketplace Europe called ”Facetime” will see CEO’s and key players from Europe’s most successful companies offering their views on European business and the news of the week.

”Europe remains at the heart of global business, and is rightly admired for its diversity and ingenuity; but it is facing some enormous challenges. We want to get under the skin of these and find out what they mean for Europe’s businesses,” says Richard Quest.
