Ever heard of a pageant that searches for a winner with the unique combination of a fit body tone and an entrepreneurial mind? Welcome to the world of the Mr Ideal Nigeria pageant! The Mr Ideal Nigeria is the nationwide search for Nigeria’s perfect man , a man who has the ability to communicate and inspire. The winner gets to start his own business and also represents Nigeria at the Mister Earth worldwide pageant and will receive endorsement deals which includes gracing the cover of Ultimate Fitness Magazine. Suits for a year provided by Mutay De latusche , causals by Dre storms and shoes by Leather ‘n’ soul.

This year’s edition of the pageant is sponsored by Clicloc Nigeria: a fun and flexible fashion watch with a face that pops, a strap that clicks and locks and 9 vibrant colours to match and swap. This year’s winner will become the face of the Clicloc brand. With the affiliation of the pageant with Mister Earth worldwide pageant, Goge Africa TV are the official TV media partners of this year’s edition and the winner goes on to become the ambassador to Goge foundation.

The 36 states across the country have selected their representatives to the 3rd edition of Mr Ideal Nigeria pageant which will take place on the 9th of June , 2012 at Spicery Hotel , Oniru estate Lekki / VI and we say goodbye to the reigning winner Mr Kwara Ayotunde Ajiboye who won last year’s edition. And of cause you wonder who will be doing the making and the breaking for a new winner to emerge. Its no doubt that the 2012 is the best line up in the 3 years of the pageants existence but the judges this year are even better!

Isioma Elemelu: CEO of Isis Models. She selects Nigerian models for international fashion shows including London Fashion week, Johannesburg fashion week. She is also the producer of Nigeria top model.

Sanmi Apara: He is the Director of David’s Dynasty , a non profit organisation that raises money for Sickle cell children across the country.

Bobby Taylor: She is one of the best PR consultants in Nigeria popularly known for her work with Music meets runway 2011.

Yewande Adekoya: She is CEO of Ednaway productions ,known for her hit movies Igbu Dudu and Omo elemoso. She also producers award winning TV series ‘Life Secret’ on galaxy.

Wale Bello : Managing Director of Twitch Active was the first Mr Ideal Nigeria to ever be crowned in Akure , Ondo State 2010.

Damilola Amele: She came into the lime light when she impressed at the reality show ‘the Debaters’, she is now a free lance producer and works with Moments with Mo.

Kenneth Nwadike: Winner of the Model of Africa – Nigeria competition. He has walked the runway at the Arise Fashion show , and has been very successful as a Nigerian model.

Ayotunde Fabamwo , says ‘At the Mr Ideal Nigeria , we are not selling a dream , we are building a future for all the young men who are contesting in our pageant , and i believe with all the impact they would make in their individual states , it will draw us a step closer to a greater Nigeria that we all want to see, its not all about the winner , but the impact the state representatives make in their states with the platform given’.
