E!’s Live From the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 starts at 11pm September 23

With the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards just around the corner in America, African viewers will be able to watch it later on Monday night, 24 September on M-Net (DStv channel 101/102) and M-Net Africa HD (DStv channel 170). E! Entertainment (DStv channel 124) is ready with the pre-event red carpet coverage, E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 starting at 11pm (West African time) on Sunday night.

The E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 will run for 2 hours until 1am WAT Monday morning, 24 September. The two hour special will then immediately be repeated on E! Entertainment in 3 back-to-back blocks ending at 5am WAT on Monday morning.

The E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 is preceded by the one hour special, Countdown to the Red Carpet: The 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards, starting at 10pm WAT on Sunday night, 23 September.

Sunday 23 September – is also the date E! Entertainment chose to change the look for the channel as its seen in the United Kingdom and in Africa (Africa gets the European channel feed) to be similar to America where the channel originates and which changed its look in July.

In Countdown to the Red Carpet: The 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards at 10pm WAT on 23 September Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos, Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers will all be on hand to talk Emmy gowns, fashions and styles.

In E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 from 11pm WAT on 24 September Giuliana Rancic and Ryan Seacrest will be reporting live from the Emmy’s red carpet, interviewing the TV stars as they arrive.

On Wednesday 26 September at 8pm WAT WAT Fashion Police: The 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards special will focus on the Emmys. Joan Rivers and the panel will look and talk about what was hot and what was not during the latest red carpet event.
