On this episode, the Nigeria’s Got Talent crew visited the ancient city of Benin; a city rich in culture and tradition.

Benin City auditions brought to light the likes of dancers, singers, instrumentalists, comedians, amongst many other talents. The first act was by a dance group called Code Red – they flipped, slid, shuffled and did all sorts of moves to get the desired yeses from the judges to see them through to the next round. Chibueze Obinna was next as he cracked some jokes good enough to make the crowd laugh off their seats, which automatically gave him the go ahead from the judges to the next round.

There’s a popular saying, ‘what a man can do, a woman can do better’. This saying was somewhat reinstated as the Sixtas, a group of girls with dancing skills danced to show that it was not only Code Red’s got talent. Eight year old Amarachi was a crowd pleaser too. She danced on the audition stage knowing without a doubt, she’s got talent. Starlight, a duo of a guitarist and pianist who were not too certain about the instruments they would use performed and unfortunately didn’t impress the judges. The last act shown from Benin City was a dancing duo. Unlike the previous duo that came before them, they captivated the judges and got the ticket to the next round.
