Rapper, Ill Bliss to make an appearance as guest judge in Sunday’s episode of Nigerian Idol

You asked us to incorporate more recent songs into the competition and we listened. On the first Top 12 show airing this Sunday, the contestants are performing popular songs that were released in the last two years from artists such as Rihanna, Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, One republic, Jessie J, Avril Lavigne, Beyoncé, John Legend, Adele, Alicia Keys and more. They have been rehearsing their songs to perfection because from Sunday, their existence on the competition is based solely on your votes.

Their voting numbers remain the same and will be communicated again on the Sunday show as well. After watching them, you can text their number to 33680 from any network or dial directly from an Etisalat line as many times as you like.

Also, in addition to the bundle of surprises we have for you, our guest judge for the week, Is Hip-Hop head, Ill Bliss. He was on the show in season 2 as a guest judge and he impacted the contestants with his constructive comments. He is set to do same and even much more on the show this Sunday.

Last weekend, the contestants took time off their now, hectic rehearsals and media tour to entertain the Nation with a flash mob in various popular locations dancing, singing and even displaying some gymnastic skill.
Come Sunday, the contestants, having rehearsed repeatedly are well pumped up and ready to wow the judges, viewers and audience in all their Top 12 glory. Watch them shine bright like diamonds.
